I just started new to all this. I'm not able to get on the floor and exercise. But I can do standing exercise. Any thoughts or words of encouragement would help get me motivated. Thank you

We can do it! There are plenty of routines you can do standing. Do the best you can, and it will get easier. I promise.!

You can do this...wall, standing,chair exercises and in time if you sleep on flat bed you can do floor exercises on the bed and or modify to other positions. i am 50 yrs old with heart strokes and copd and i am working on things with modifications, and have lost 200+ pounds. If i can anyone and everyone can do it. feel free to add me be glad to be buddies with you
