I want to start that tomorrow, but I'm not a runner at all, not sure if I can stay motivated. Running is good cardio, I want to step up from walking!!!

I accidentally activated it. It schedules walking at the beginning, and tells you to do the "run" every other day. The initial time goals are very easy. It has you increase distance every other day. At the end of the 60 days, it expects you will have increased your distance to the 5k (3.1 miles). It gives you details of distance, speed, elevation changes for each day. You can't do a run/walk/jog before the next time on its schedule.

Try app called RunKeeper.. It is really good app.. also it has free training program for beginners to complete 5k running. Also it provides feature to download your activities in gpx file. You can upload this gpx file into Skimble to track all your activities and workout in one place...

I am also a beginner for running.. but this Runkeeper app helps me to motivate myself in running.
