I never have the motivation to workout like I used to. If someone could generously encourage me and motivate me, that would be great. If anyone has a good workout for losing weight or gaining muscle, please do share with me. Thank you!

Follow a wide selection of people & check out their workouts each day. You'll notice that a lot of us are chatty, chat back & you'll begin to become part of a community that encourages each other. Burpees and Running. Great leaders are burdened with motivatating themselves. Simply motivate yourself!

I've been working out with app for a while now. Head to my page and see if any the many I do seem like a good fit for you.  I personally like the Spartacus Workout, Crossfit Challenge, Full Body Manic and Jumping Rope for 15 minutes.

So I'm tryin to be consistent with my workouts now but I can never gain weight and muscle....any tips???
