I never have the motivation to workout like I used to. If someone could generously encourage me and motivate me, that would be great. If anyone has a good workout for losing weight or gaining muscle, please do share with me. Thank you!

Burpees and Running. Great leaders are burdened with motivatating themselves. Simply motivate yourself!

I've been working out with app for a while now. Head to my page and see if any the many I do seem like a good fit for you. I personally like the Spartacus Workout, Crossfit Challenge, Full Body Manic and Jumping Rope for 15 minutes.

So I'm tryin to be consistent with my workouts now but I can never gain weight and muscle....any tips???
