I fell off working out after i got realy sick for 2 weeks just laying around doing nothing i lost litteraly 8 lbs. (of muscle) i couldnt have been more disappointed with myself or feel as weak. But this last week ive picked myself up from the ground and restarted my workout rutine and am now gaining my strength back little by little. Point is find a reason even if its a BS one to motivate yourself and just Do It! And be proud once your finished cause you earned that pride! Go get em!
