nyone wanna share progress with me and support each other? I've been having a really tough time staying focused and I have bad anxiety that keeps me from the gym but I'm determined to reach my goals! :) and can help you any way I can!! Motivation is the key to doing anything and I would love to find success in a group :)

Don't worry. Keep training. You got this. I also don't use the gym because of anxiety, but trust me, this app will help you achieve your goal.

I love this app! It's my 4th day and I don't think I could have done it without this app. Let's all stay motivated!

This app is perfect for the gym though to it can be your personal trainer so you don't feel you are alone. When and if you do go to the gym talk to someone at the counter let them know your concerns and I bet you will feel at home in no time and if you don't you are at the wrong gym.
