I have 5 months to lose 30-40 lbs, but can't keep myself on track. I need someone to motivate me.

Hey I lose 60lbs since October 2014 and I feel better *-* I don't eat so much like before..and I take care about what I eat and that I don't eat more as 1000kcal maybe you can do it, I hope I can help you al little bit

Believe it or not by just changing your drinks to diet you loose a few pounds a week etc. Try walk more and make sure u have 3 meals a day. Hope this helps and im sure u can do it!

Follow people who regualarly workout, join a team with people who have the same interests and continously
