I'm just wondering if anyone who works out 5 to 7 days a week gets wore out like if it's harder to wake up or you feel lethargic. I know when I used to exercise when I was in my early 20s I was energized. Now I feel like my body is being a lazy ass. I'm 29 not THAT old. I just want to know if it's normal or if maybe somethings wrong. Where's my energy!? I take supplements too.
