I'm just wondering if anyone who works out 5 to 7 days a week gets wore out like if it's harder to wake up or you feel lethargic. I know when I used to exercise when I was in my early 20s I was energized. Now I feel like my body is being a lazy ass. I'm 29 not THAT old. I just want to know if it's normal or if maybe somethings wrong. Where's my energy!? I take supplements too.

I'm 39 & only started training seriously again 2 years ago. At first I was exhausted but just kept increasing my routines each week. Now my body is used to the constant grind and I only feel really sore when I introduce new routines and rep ranges. I'm kinda used to the general feeling of fatigue

Fair play to you working out 7 days a week. If you feel really tired and worn out then your body might be asking for a break. Take few days off and see how you feel then.
