Ruptured Achilles help!?
Hey I am new on to here I am testing it out
I have recently ruptured my achilles tendon
I am looking for some help with building my upper body strength with very limited equipment (all I really have is 3 kettles 2.5, 5, 7.5kg) also my right leg is in a cast
I am very new to weights nutrition etc
Any help will be greatly appreciated ☺
Hello there :) I am not using a gym too and i don't have any equipment only some dumbells.The right way for this situation is using your body weight.To build your upper body i recommend you these workouts. Try them and you will see your self changing :) Push Ups, Dumbbell Muscle Blaster,ARM FATIGUE *Sk.You can check also this which i like a lot Spring Shed.Have faith,confidence, you will change everything and you will feel proud! ^_^
