How can i stay motivated. There are days where my energy is so drained.Any tips to stay motivated and burn more calories
Here are some ways to motivate yourself.
1) Write down how you feel after every workout.
2) Remember why you started.
3) Try group fitness classes.
4) Ask yourself " will I regret skipping this workout"?
5) Surround yourself with motivation
6) Give yourself long and short term challenges.
7) listen to audiobooks.
8) Use the app Zombies run and Nike+
9) Compete with others.
10) Think about how much stronger your getting.
