Getting Rid Of Mommy Pooch
I had my daughter 7 months ago and I can't seem to get rid of my "Mommy Pooch", any body have suggestions to help?
Hi And Has it Been Working So Far? Has Your Tummy Gone Away?
Yes. Its really little by little. Mostly my problem is food. i really like to eat. Haha
So, I check every meal calorie and snack too. Since then my tummy is getting go away. But, still there. So, i do workout too.
I don't know your exact circumstances, and assuming you don't have an actual separation of your abdominal muscles (diastasis recti), your mommy pooch should go away with diligence and a great deal of patience. Eating right, exercising, and getting adequate sleep are major. Pilates is a wonderful, core focused form of exercise.
But it will take time. Bounced right back with my first, but my youngest is now four months old and I still am not where I was pre-baby.
Hang in there!
