I had my daughter 7 months ago and I can't seem to get rid of my "Mommy Pooch", any body have suggestions to help?

Hi. I have a 17 months dauther. And I'm still working out for my lower belly fat. So, i eat healthy and do abs and core workout from this app.

Mein gone all away I just need a little bit more and im so happy with my body I posted some of my workout that iv been doing for 4 months that I lost 8 kg .

Yes. Its really little by little. Mostly my problem is food. i really like to eat. Haha
So, I check every meal calorie and snack too. Since then my tummy is getting go away. But, still there. So, i do workout too.

I don't know your exact circumstances, and assuming you don't have an actual separation of your abdominal muscles (diastasis recti), your mommy pooch should go away with diligence and a great deal of patience. Eating right, exercising, and getting adequate sleep are major. Pilates is a wonderful, core focused form of exercise.

But it will take time. Bounced right back with my first, but my youngest is now four months old and I still am not where I was pre-baby.
