So yesterday I started the Mummy got muscles program created by the awesome D. J. This journal is just to keep track of my progress and the workouts :)

So Day 1 consisted of:

Mommy Got Muscles - Cardio /Warm Up
Mommy Got Muscles - With Legs Like That
Mommy Got Muscles - And A Big Red Ball
Mommy Got Muscles - Cool And Stretch

I have to say I have never laughed so hard when using an exercise ball but i certainly felt everything last night.
This morning though I feel great!

Day 2:
Mommy Got Muscles - Cardio /Warm Up
Mommy Got Muscles - Rough Sets On A Beach (HIIT)
Mommy Got Muscles - Million Dollar Baby
Mommy Got Muscles - Cool And Stretch

I loved the million dollar baby workout! I felt great afterwards no stiffness or soreness or anything! :D

Day 3:
I took yesterday off but was doing stuff with the horses for a lot of the day so I was still running about quite a bit

Day 4:
Feeling really good after today's workouts although feel i could've pushed myself a little more for a few of the exercises
Mommy Got Muscles - Cardio /Warm Up

Mommy Got Muscles - Rough Sets On A Beach (HIIT)
Mommy Got Muscles - Cool And Stretch

The only thing i had a problem with was my hips kept on cracking in a slightly painful way everytime i did something that required me to lift my legs up ahah

Really nice work today. Try supplementing with fish oil to help lubricate those joints

Week 2
Day 1:
Mommy Got Muscles - Cardio /Warm Up
Mommy Got Muscles - Guns Reloaded
Mommy Got Muscles - Bell Of The Ball
Mommy Got Muscles - Cool And Stretch

I sorta feel that this has set me up for my active rest day tomorrow, i get to help move 300 bales of hay tomorrow....there's four of us moving them

My active rest day yesterday was great.... its safe to say i hate hay!

Day 3:
Mommy Got Muscles - Cardio /Warm Up
Mommy Got Muscles - Toned Core
Mommy Got Muscles - And A Strong Floor
Mommy Got Muscles - Cool And Stretch

Weirdly enough im still feeling fine certainly felt the burn but no added stiffness :D

Today's exercises after riding three horses and mucking out 6 im feeling better than awesome

So i got my days wrong yesterday was day 3 not day 4

Mommy Got Muscles - Cardio /Warm Up
Mommy Got Muscles - Mommy Gon' Crazy
Mommy Got Muscles - Hot Sets On A Wall
Up-Down-Up-Down-Left-Left-Right-Up-A
Mommy Got Muscles - Cool And Stretch

So that is week 2 over, scary doesn't feel like it

Im quite tired tonight but satisfied at the same time and I've still got no sign of muscle soreness which is great :D

Today should be day 1 of week three but i fell off my horse today and my hip/back is in a little bit of pain hahaha oops
