Unhealthy healthy person
I am a unhealthy healthy person. Unhealthy because i don't eat a regular healthy diet and i smoke. I am healthy because i pass all the regular, preventative medical test. No diabetes, high/low blood pressure, etc. I workout 4 to 5 weeks. Just basic workouts. Love the app workout trainer. Any suggestions for a workout to push me or weekly schedule that i don't have to purchase.
