Just wondering for the heavy ladies out there im trying to do things like yoga and different exercises but i cant get past my stomach and thighs which are huge. Any tips?
Im not so skinny myself and haven't had any problems with working out. But you have to build strength with holding yourself or pulling yourself. Coz its harder when you're abit bigger. As for yoga im not into it but ive done a yoga class once and i was fine. Good luck :)
I look absolutely ridiculous doing yoga..but when it comes to a position that my body just can't do I modify it to where it is comfortable for me until I can get better
