Working Nights

I work nights and finish work at 6.30am ive tried working out at all different times of the day. Anyone got any tips how and when are the best times to do my workout....

When u have the most energy. I know how hard it is, I work relief schedule. 2 nights, 2 mornings and 1 swing. The only tip I have is nut up or shut up. Make sure your eating enough food, you'll need fuel. And keep alcohol to a minimum

Try around 10 that's wen yur body and brain are the most active throughout the day
