Hey everyone, hit me with your motivational mantras! What really gets you going to reach those goals?! Mine's currently 'no gnocchi before Lanzarote' but I promise I don't normally cut out or advocate cutting out any food groups! (And I'm only cutting out on dinner carbs anyway...) Talk to me!

Hi Hannah, I always think, YOU ONLY GET OUT OF LIFE WHAT YOU PUT IN.

Hey Abbirose, that's a fab one, and so true! I focus hard on where I want to be too, visualising a goal is such a positive thing to do.

I do as well. I'm always looking for kind words for myself. I think it's something we have to remind ourselves all the time. Our thoughts alone create so much havoc or if we choose, beauty.

They really do, I've started practising mindfulness, we should all love ourselves that little bit more, and choose beauty!

These are the ones that I say in my head when I'm in the middle of an intense workout. At least they work for me. Lol.
* Everyone feels pain. What you're ready to put in that no one else is, is what puts you ahead.
* it's not pain. It's just lactic acid (I actually read this one somewhere else)
* is it hard or is it impossible?  If it's just hard you can do it.
