These are the ones that I say in my head when I'm in the middle of an intense workout. At least they work for me. Lol.
* Everyone feels pain. What you're ready to put in that no one else is, is what puts you ahead.
* it's not pain. It's just lactic acid (I actually read this one somewhere else)
* is it hard or is it impossible? If it's just hard you can do it.
