I did too. I've just made it a point to do something even little every day. It's been 7 days and I'm really feeling strong again. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit, stick with it, you can do it one day at a time.
If you 'like' other peoples workouts and pictures they will yours and to me this is quite motivating. You will have a group of like minded people if you follow a few and do this with them... me? I'll follow you babe. X
