3 times a week 7 rounds :
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.
Jumping jacks: 60 60 60 50 60 60 50
Crunches: 50 40 50 40 40 50 30
Squats: 20 30 20 30 30 35 35
Push-ups: 15 15 10 15 20 15 10
I'm going to try it tomorrow, I hope you guys motivate me or are going to do the same! Good luck
