When it's too hot
I have a hard time wanting to workout when it's too hot outside (over a 100) How does everyone get past that?
Do it in aircon
I like it if I am outside, it is harder but doing workout inside is less enjoyable for me. As I live in a tropical country since one year I had to adapt but I workout almost everyday by 36-40 degree Celsius.
You can still workout in the house
I try to divide my workout in two parts of which one I do in morning and one in evening. In morning I do yoga/pilatés. In evening evening HIIT/total body workout each ranging from 30-35 minutes.
Doing long workouts at one go is really difficult in hot and humid weather.
