I push myself always to the limit to the point i just want to give up because i always say theres never a point you're body and mind can't reach
I push myself far too much because my mind says you can push more but then my body breaks.....lot of sport injuries is the result of that. I try to change that but I want mooooooore!
I am pushing myself and learn new ways to test myself. I am doing a sport that requires high intensity and thus need to be fit and strong for the whole day
