For every reply, I'll do 10 crunches, 15 squats and 2 30s planks!

That's 7 replies so far. That is 70 crunches, 105 squats and a lot of planks. Let us know that you have done them, eg picture after workout is complete. Please?

How about you do what I train people to do. Have a set goal everyday for what you're working and break that goal everyday. If you goal for a 30 second plank aim for 35 or 40 seconds. And do that everyday almost like the 30 day squat challenge. I do this with everything. You could even turn these into a circuit style training. Where you just cycle through these, take a break when you absolutely have to, but keep going until you're too sore to keep going

Good idea. I may try to start doing that.

It works very well. I knew I could squat 275 for 4 but one day I said, fuck this I'm going to hit 8 so when I did I then said i can do 10. Now I can do about 13 and soon within the week I'll be doing 15. It's a mentality. I train my mind now more than anything in the gym. Without mentality and hard work I wouldn't be ABLE. So always push yourself for your goal and aim higher. But.set your goals so.they make you push to 80% at all times.

I have to start very slow. I 'workout' at home with just dumbbells and an elliptical. I broke my back in a car wreck a few uears ago and haven't been abme to find a surgeon to help me...so I do my own type of physical therapy.
