You should do those in the morning, nice goals. Follow people who do alot of workouts and get notifications. Good luck and God bless.
U r awesome pain is just weakness leaving your body. U can do anything just ignore your body trying to discourage you.

How about you do what I train people to do. Have a set goal everyday for what you're working and break that goal everyday. If you goal for a 30 second plank aim for 35 or 40 seconds. And do that everyday almost like the 30 day squat challenge. I do this with everything. You could even turn these into a circuit style training. Where you just cycle through these, take a break when you absolutely have to, but keep going until you're too sore to keep going
