I work out on and off but im trying to stay on it this time, i just don't have the motivation to stay working out but hopefully i can push my self this time!!!

Keep sight of the goals you have set. Wether it's strength, physique or hypertrophy. Set 3 or 4 workouts per week from 30 to 45 min. It's like moving a pond one bucket full at a time; you don't see it happen all at once, but from a continued effort in small increments. It only takes 2 weeks of no physical exercise to see a nociably detrained fitness state. Keep up the good work!
