Low carb high protein diet?
I could use some help with this i Want to do a low carb high protein diet can someone plz give me a meal plan
I allow a small carb portion in the morning,and then protein cooked in a health way..I did it for 30 days and well..lost around 6 kg in fat mass.I always tend to get weight(5 years ago I was 98 kg). But if you combine a proteic diet with daily exercises you'll be surprised on how quick the results come..lot of eggs and white meat,boiled possibly or stir fried with no fat at all..vegetable high in protein (beans in every form),just don't exceed in the quantity as they have carbs too..and tomatoes,as they have fat-burning quality..push it!!
