After how long did u start seeing changes

I'm just wondering how long it takes to see improvements in your body. I workout everyday and then I eat healthy. But I remain the same still. I tell myself to keep working out but it's hard to when I see no change

At least 2 month of hard workout and diet control for me

It really varies greatly from person to person. Best thing you can do is keep your head down and keep moving forward. In my opinion it's best to stay away from scales and comparing how your body looks for at least 3-4 weeks. Just keeps up the exercise and eating right and the rest will come. Also changing up how you exercise makes a big difference in motivation, keep it fresh and try new things. That also improves your results as your body gets used to activities after a while unless you increase the difficulty whether that be weight, reps, length of time, or speed. Keep up the good work
