You don't need motivation to do anything. Motivation comes from YOU wanting to make your goals possible. If you don't want that, then no one can help you.
You have a great support team here from all over the world. You have to put the hard work in though because no one can do that for you.

Start by breaking down your goal into small steps: instead of wanting to be skinny you can want to exercise everyday for 20 minutes, that's something easy to do that won't discourage you.

Or cut out food that is clearly unhealthy, except for the weekends, we are human after all.
