I am French so I already apologize for my English a little tired ^^
I weigh 88 kgs as you see , I belly and I wonder if it is possible to reduce the front or mid September ?
I post a topic here , because I am lack of hopes soon once I start but I feel quite lonely even though I seem to lose weight but suddenly I drop , but then I do not want ! then I want to succeed , I need motivation on your part and an answer if my case is possible
( 1m78 my size , I eat pretty healthy and I regularly drink water but I 'm not a big sports ) .

bonjour! try to start with very short workouts first, a few minutes long, but do one every couple of hours. It will get you in the habit of wanting to exercise and when you're comfortable you can move to harder and longer ones, but your goal is very possible.
