I quit this program because i felt that my body wasn't changing, but i decided to start again. I want to be fit and tbh my main concern is my butt, my belly and my legs. Any advice or work out that I must try? Also if you got any challenge it would help

Run. Running is tb. I've tried doing push ups and sit ups but running is the exercise that actually gives results....in my case

AlrightPersonally. I can't say yes. Naturally most guys don't have big behinds, including me. However, running is known as an all-body exercise so I'm pretty sure it can help you with your butt.

Running always produces results for me too. Like Luis, I'm not going for a big butt however running shows improve all over for me.
