How does everyone stay motivated to work out? I dont want to lose anymore weight I just want to tone everything. Ive had too kids so in between taking care of them and working its hard to find motivation or energy. I need help

If you make 8 minutes of work out per day you are doing a lot , but of course healthy is very important!!

Hay I have the same problem, it is hard to stay on track with your workouts. I would just start out with one a day and see how that works! I wish you my best!

20 minute stair stepper and work 1 muscle group a day and super set everything. An hour at most and you'll be done. Low resting period too you'll tone super quick
