Hi! I'm an 18 yo girl, and I've been a runner for as long as I can remember. That has worked perfectly for keeping me in shape, but these past two years I have noticed that the muscles in my legs, specially my quads, have gotten WAY out of control. I wish to cut down the muscle on my legs, without stopping exercising. I've started swimming and stopped running for the summer, but I want to hear all the tips you have! Thank you!
P.S. I have a torn ACL (but the only problem I have with my knee rn is instability, the rest is perfect) and suffer from Hashimoto's disease.
