So I'm 28 years old, mother and happily married. I have a pretty busy lifestyle, but I want to lose 50 lbs of possible or at least go down to a size 10 or 12. I'm currently at a size 18.

I don't have many friends who are exercise willing, so I'm hoping to check in daily here to see my progress and others. My husband gives me great support either way, but it's nice to see other women who struggle with the same. Good luck everyone!!!

It sounds like we are in a similar boat. I'm a mommy of four and married to a wonderfully supportive man. I gained 60 lbs with my first pregnancy and still haven't lost it all. Right now, I'm sitting at 195 and ultimately want to be down to 145 (pre-pre-pre-pregnancy weight) or a size 10. I'm back to wearing 18s and it is highly disappointing! Good luck, we can do this!

This app is great! Im a Mom of 3 and my kiddos love doing the workouts with me.

We just finished our first workout! I did it with my kiddos, my twins were added resistance.
