I get motivated by remembering my goals.

I just focus on my goal.

I know my goal will be accomplish if i work hard.

So always remember goal you will be motivated.

-write down how you feel after every workout
-remember why you started
-surround yourself with positivity
-give yourself challenge
-eat healthy and drink a lot of water then it will be easier
-track your successes

Ask yourself this: What made you want to workout in the first place? What was your goal? If you don't do this, will you achieve your goal? Remember how you felt when you were REALLY motivated to make a change. Don't lose that feeling
