How are you motivated? ... Every workout session ?
I get motivated by remembering my goals.
I just focus on my goal.
I know my goal will be accomplish if i work hard.
So always remember goal you will be motivated.
-write down how you feel after every workout
-remember why you started
-surround yourself with positivity
-give yourself challenge
-eat healthy and drink a lot of water then it will be easier
-track your successes
