Yes! Not necessarily loosing weight for me, but still trying to meet fitness goals while being a mom, working and everything else  is tuff!

How often do you usually exercise? I find time to do about 20 minutes of yoga at night twice a week...assuming my little one stays asleep lol

Oh man. I definitely workout with my 2 year old trying to copy me the whole time! If I depended on his sleep schedule I would not get anything done. I realize not every child will want to participate. Just an idea. I'm also hoping against some deep psychological hope that when he sees me workout often it will turn into a lifelong habit for him as well.
