So I'm seeing a lot of people on here who have been very active a long time or are already pretty healthy. Not downing anyone but I am a regular woman full time job mom of 3 toddlers. anyone have any suggestions on how to be motivated?? And are there any normal people out here???? Everyone looks like a pro athlete to me. I need a buddy dang it.
It's pretty easy actually.
I'm a mom of two under 5 years. I also work, take care of the house and help with the yard while my husband works. AND I still find time for myself to get my workouts in. I decided to stop making excuses for myself a long time ago.
Figure our your goals. Write them down. Plan to do this workout on that day then do it. Keep at it. You won't see results in a week but you'll feel a ton better knowing you are sticking to something that is positive.
