So I'm seeing a lot of people on here who have been very active a long time or are already pretty healthy. Not downing anyone but I am a regular woman full time job mom of 3 toddlers. anyone have any suggestions on how to be motivated?? And are there any normal people out here???? Everyone looks like a pro athlete to me. I need a buddy dang it.

It's pretty easy actually.
I'm a mom of two under 5 years. I also work, take care of the house and help with the yard while my husband works. AND I still find time for myself to get my workouts in. I decided to stop making excuses for myself a long time ago.
Figure our your goals. Write them down. Plan to do this workout on that day then do it. Keep at it. You won't see results in a week but you'll feel a ton better knowing you are sticking to something that is positive.
If you're looking to get started, scroll down the forums to the Mommy Got Muscles post. That should do it.

And good luck to you!
Yes, there are a few dedicated pros on here but for the most part, we're all just "normal" people who work for what we want and don't let silly obstacles get in our way (:
