Starter troubles!

Hello, I'm a guy, 20 yo, so I have a good body shape in general except for the abdominal area as I had recently eaten lots of fast foods now I have visible belly fats which is rather annoying! The problem is.. I always try go workout but I just can't because whenever I get excited and DO workout I end up SICK the next day and I mean SICK, tried like 3 times the previous 2 years and got acute cramps, intestinal catarrh, and flu respectively.. i dunno it's like if working out WEAKENS my immunity system and I get easily sick by any suroundings.. what to do? I appreciate help :)
