I fell off my regimen for about a week, it all started with a binge day on all the stuff I never eat. I literally smashed one slice shy of a whole pizza. Felt like crap.. I have no 'I'm full" trigger. The Good news is that there is always time to hit the reset button! Any other food addicts out there? Food logging and structure is the key to overcoming this issue!

The same with me, i stay clean for a week and then my craving starts which gets hard to control still I manage to get over it with a single burger or soda. I can suggest the same, try to have a cheat meal but don't get overboard and also don't deprive yourself from it completely or else the cravings will get a better of you. Hope it helps

Food logging definitely helps a lot.  And cheat meals every once in a while helps too :-)
