I'm always making excuses I'm to tired I'm to busy need someone to keep me motivated and keep me on point I want to do 5 to 10 work outs a day. walk 2 miles and once I get my bike back bike 2 miles as well. I need someone that can check on me and remind me every day. Can I get help please?
Try following the people on here who work out the most. Turn the notifications on so when those people do a workout or 20, your phone lets you know.
I know for me, that greatly helped in the beginning when I wanted to be lazy. Now when I feel like I want to be lazy, I go work out instead. Probably doesn't help much but there ya go.
