Have you guys find a helpful exercise to fight the cellulite ? Sometimes I think that there is no way to get rid of it

Cellulite Shmellulite

There's this workout I've created but in the end cellulite wont go away unless you lose the fat thats there.

I have also cellulite .. but now almost faded .. it can cause from standing long time or wearing tights everyday (I worked before in tights shop i have to wear everyday and i got cellulite) . Go for running regularly and do some cardio ..

Running is perfect to fight cellulite.Start doing squats and high jacks.Lunges will also help. ^_^ :) Don't worry about nothing!We are all here to help you :) You will conquer your goal if you try hard and follow the right steps! :)

Always try to hydrate and try to cutt down on the fast food and other fried stuff...and dont just depend on exercising try to use a certain diet, that would really help u out
