I've worked out in the past a lot and now I'm getting back into it. What's the best way to build abs and lose fat on your stomach? What exercises should I do to lose fat and tone and build abs?

To lose fat you need to do cardio, HIIT, etc. You also need to eat healthy- lots of protein, fruits, veggies, healthy fats. Drink lots of water.

Drink a lot of water and green tea. Eat healthy(vegetables, fruit, grains). Be more active. Add HIIT to your workout routine. You can find on skimble a lot of ab exercises that are great.  Be patient and you'll see the results :)

Awesome thanks so much! I already eat really really healthy. I don't drink green tea I used to tho. What brand do you recommend? Which HIIT should I look to do? I drink a ton of water already. I'll look up that site thanks so much!!

Ballin' HIIT
HIIT Me Again
you can search ''HIIT'' in workouts and find what works for you.

Read the description of the first workout I linked. Maybe that helps. I think it's not just cardio, there are some resistance exercises, not sure
