Just a general question
Does anybody else need to loose more then 100 pounds to be healthy. I'm 330 and to be healthy I've gotta be 140-150. Wondering if anyone else need motivation?
I was really fat.In total i've lost like 30 KG.Now all my clothes have size small.And the thing is i bought some new pants and T-Shirts before taking serious my weight and....I just waste my money :P the size of em is really big for me now i cant wear em.If you need anything about losing weight and stuff i can help you! :)
