So it's been 28 weeks since i started working out, and I cannot believe I have made it this far. Usually I stop after the 12th week each year, but I want to change that this year. It is increasingly difficult to maintain that discipline needed to stick to my workout days. I completely stopped working out for the past 2 weeks until just now that I decided to maintain the struggle until my body gets it that its lazy days are over. It is a difficult task though. That saying "no pain, no gain" becomes very real mentally.
