Okay so this is the first time I do anything like this; feeling a bit intimidated just putting myself out there with something that I have struggled with for so long. But this time I want change. I want a healthier-radical-permanent life style change. I want to do this for myself and most importantly my son.

Time to put in work!

Sounds good!! Just stay focused, maybe make a calendar and mark the days you want to work out.

From my own experience have a goal then work towards it, to make it even easier set many intermediate goals along the way for instance how many days you want to work out that 1 goal and how many workouts you want to do on those days the points base leader board (in the app) is great for weekly challenges see how much points you can get in the week
