Starting from the bottom! Today i did 2 exercises, first of all im going to focus on my abs i need to get fit so i can have sex without feeling awkward about myself...jajaja jk, im doing this for prom!
Consistency is the key.. do a little but in long run and you'll get significant results... don't start intense. Make it fun ,easy for you..
promise yourself that you're gonna run for example for only 5 min.. and while you start you wouldn't stop before 30 min :-) .. otherwise you'll become lazy even to start if you made hard promises fir yourself.. and won't go for long time
