I was going to buy a pack of protein shake but I didn't know if they actually worked. Does anybody know?
Protein shakes are a good way to consume a lot of protein at once after a workout to help your muscles heal faster, which basically is muscle growth. When you have bigger muscles, you burn more calories, which means weight loss. But it doesn’t really causes you to lose weight directly, things you eat usually don't make you lose, but the things you don't eat.
