I just set up a 5 day workout plan starting tomorrow morning. How do I stay motivated to stick with a good workout plan that gets me the results I'm looking for? I do not have anyone to workout with. My husband's job is laborious so he basically gets his daily workout from just working. However, I sit in a cubicle all day...

I was the same way. The people here in the community are Awesome!! You will definitely meet a few that will motivate you to keep going..
