Newbie need an intense daily workout routine Any Suggestions

Just got a gym membership no Type of work out experience "beginner" I weigh 130 lbs m.
I'm looking for an intense 7 day/daily routine. My goal is to get the maximum results possible by October 28. I am

One workout that's recommended to be included daily or even done alone daily to achieve max results in losing weight is "420 seconds *sk*" you may see my wall

The same creator of the 420 seconds (which is an amazing suggestion) has a few daily workout programs. Scotty K has a Dare to Shred Again program that is INTENSE. I've tried it, it's awesome and it really makes you sweat, there's a workout for everyday though he mercifully gives you rest days. I would recommend any of his workouts, you will not be disappointed.
