It's been a rough year. I am a marine veteran, honorably discharged in 2008. I have since worked hard to get the career I wanted. I also started a home based business. With everything going on in my life the gym and working out always got pushed to the side. I am finally motivated and have been pushing myself to get back in routine.

It hasn't been easy, but I have stayed motivated and I encourage others to stay motivated also. Results will come with patience and hard work. I was a little depressed going from running almost 15 miles at a time to getting winded after 1. I never gave up though, I can run 5 miles now before I start getting a little tired.

I've been there. And, still kind of there. I'm 35 now. And, it gets harder the longer you wait. So, stay with it. OOHRAH

That's inspiring. Depression is a hard one to beat. Definitely hurts your heart's stamina. Take it forward, bring yourself together one day at a time.
