Since after my accident last summer that left me with a broken arm, ive gained about 15lbs that im now determined to lose. Feeling very motivated to lose this and to help ill be tracking my progress on here. I also challenged my best friend for 100 dollar bet so that we both may meet our goals by February 21.
Im currently 211 and my goal is 195. Im hitting the gym 3 times a week now and maybe more to get more cardio in.
Got a new fitbit on the way since my last one stopped working in march and if anyone wants to add me on there just let me know.
Im hoping that others on here can join me and we can help motivate each other and share work out ideas.
