Flexibility and stretching.

Hey peeps, i wanna be more flexible and do some good streches to increase my flexibility.Can you tell me some good exercises to do so i can raise my legs higher and feel more flexible of course on every part of my body that can have increased flexibility? Everything would be appreciated :)

I would say , there's not a special stretch exercise that could immediately increase your body flexibility. The more you stretch a body part , the flexible it will be .

No problem, "free your hips" is the best out of them :)

First stretch alot and don't go do the splits or anything just yet. You have to work up to that so stretch more and more each time so that you don't pull something. Do sets like rest stretch rest stretch. I promise this will help a lot

Just like Ana said. I was simply going to recommend Yoga since it always does the job and you always feel like a million bux afterwards.
