I've been getting my gym/workout equipment/accessories together but I still feel like I'm forgetting some things. As of now I have a Nike gym bag, & gym sack. Gatorade squeeze bottle, Creatine & Protein. In a couple of days I'll have a set of dumbbells, ab roller, heavy bag & a leather jump rope. Anything you can add? Thanks.
Well that's a tough question haha what are your goals? Like if you're getting a heavy bag you'll probably need hand wraps and gloves.
How about a speed bag?
A pull up bar is an easy addition to any home gym.
A yoga mat is handy for stretching and floor work like crunches.
I mean, there are many things i would add to my dream setup but I'm sure you don't have unlimited finances and it's good to know what your primary goal is.
