I need to do sports to loose weight and be better in my body but I am not very motivated for that ! Can u help me and tell me how to get on track and be motivated to loose weight please?

If u are really want it you will work for it but it is hard very hard but you can look up motivation quotes and read inspiration. That's what helps me to shoot for my goals

Whatch workout videos and imagine yourself doing the same workouts.works for me;) good luck.

ROWING it's a full body workout and also a really great motivational team sport,  you are pulling the boat as a team so you don't want to let the team down and it is a great workout,  takes hard work and dedication though!
