I need to do sports to loose weight and be better in my body but I am not very motivated for that ! Can u help me and tell me how to get on track and be motivated to loose weight please?

ROWING it's a full body workout and also a really great motivational team sport, you are pulling the boat as a team so you don't want to let the team down and it is a great workout, takes hard work and dedication though!
