Totally need some help in this department. Taking care of a toddler and still breastfeeding. In desperate need to finally shed all this pregnancy weight but didn't want to deal with it until now.
Would appreciate any help in motivation and tips on having reminders (other than in-app) that would push me and kick my behind to workout.
